My name is Caitlin, I love to visit new countries, learn about new cultures and try new food. My background is in languages, with a degree in French.
I spent my year abroad in France and at the time, was a vegetarian. Living in a small village in the countryside of France as a vegetarian was a challenge. I lived off baguettes, hummus and iced coffee!
I had been on and off vegan for a few years, trying it out at school and university but was never able to stick at it.
Finally, in January 2021, I committed to veganuary and never looked back.
